Sweet Potato and Ground Turkey Healthy CBD Skillet

1 pound ground turkey
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup diced onion
1 cup green peas-optional
1 yellow, red or orange bell pepper
2 tablespoons, olive oil
½ cup water
½ tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ tsp ground pepper
½ tsp salt
4 doses of your favorite CBD hemp oil tincture (your dose x 4)
In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add and cook garlic for 1 minute. Next, you add your ground turkey and cook to a chopped consistency until browned.
Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stirring until well incorporated.
Add bell pepper and onion, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add water and your sweet potato, stir and cover with a lid for 6-8 minutes until the sweet potato is softened. This is the time to incorporate your favorite CBD hemp oil tincture and mix in. At this point if you feel your turkey is drying out, you can add some additional water.
Remove id and add salt and pepper to taste if needed. Top your skillet mix with shredded mozzarella and melt.
Finally, top with cilantro garnish and eat up!
